How do I receive my Wingclub Card?
After signing up, we’ll send you a welcome gift coupon and Wingclub Card via email, plus you immediately get 50 points for signing up.
How much does it cost to sign up?
Absolutely nothing!!… zilch! It’s completely free. In fact, we’re giving you a gift and 50 points just for signing up, how cool is that?
Can I have multiple accounts?
Sadly no, we don’t do too well with serial dating.
How do I earn gifts?
Keep on earning points and we’ll keep on sending you gifts. Plus, there’s always the chance of winning our “Lucky You” surprise perk offer!
Where can I signup for the program?
Go on our website look for the Wingclub tab and just click! As soon as you signup, your Wingclub card and gift coupon will be mailed to your directly. Or feel free to click here to register.
Does enrolment require me to enter any personal info?
Yes! But just the basics, we will need a valid email account, phone number, postal address and your birth date (must be at least 18 years of age to enroll). Don’t worry though we will never give your details to any third party and will only contact you if you won one of our promotion prizes or if you lose your card.
Who has access to my information?
We have a small group at Wingside called “The Wingclub Nerds” nice, reliable bunch of people that administers our Wingclub Cards and we assure you all your personal info will be treated as highly confidential. Check out our privacy policy for complete details here.
What kind of benefits do I get from being a member?
For every 500 points earned, we are going to give you 3000 NGN credit at Wingside and there’s no limit to how many you can earn.
How do I get points on my Wingclub Card?
Really simple, tell your server or delivery personnel that you are a Wingclub member and let them run your Wingclub Card with your order or upon purchasing online, simply include your card number, our system will automatically apply your order amount to your card. It’s that easy.
How will I know about promotions?
You may occasionally receive something via effective old fashion SMS but most of the time we would give you the inside scoop on new promotions, menus etc. via the email address you provide us with. We are not the type that enjoy receiving 100 mails a week from someone so we wouldn’t do that to you.
Do I have to spend 50,000 NGN to receive my 3000 NGN gift?
Yap! That’s the way it works, stay true and loyal to us and we’ll be good to you.
Is there a limit to how many Wingclub gifts I may earn?
Not at all, spend away my friend, the more you spend the more you earn.
What if I lose my Wingclub Card?
You can contact us, and we would send you a new card and transfer your accrued points to it.
Do I get points for referring people?
Absolutely, you get 50 points for every new Wingclub member you refer.
What purchases qualify for awards?
Pretty much everything.
- Credit will be given for pickup, delivery orders and retail.
- Credit will not be given for sales tax, state fees or gratuities.
- Credit will not be given for items received for free due to coupons, discounts or receipt adjustments.
How can I unsubscribe from the Wingclub?
It is very simple but sad to think you will want to leave. just go to your profile page and go to the close account tab.
